Product Designer
Are you a detail‑driven Product Designer who loves crafting beautiful data visuals? Join our talented team to shape SDK sites, demos and core visualisations.
Are you a designer with a passion for working on highly visual software products that make a real difference?
We’re looking for a Product Designer with an eye for detail who can help us to deliver products that are all about beautiful, interactive data visualisations. With a roughly 70-30 split between UI and UX, you’ll work across multiple development teams, with projects ranging from the design of our software development kit (SDK) sites, our showcase demonstrations and documentation, and the core visualisation features within our award winning JavaScript libraries.
You’ll be working in a small team of designers which has its perks - design processes are decided by us in a straightforward way. We choose what is efficient for the team, with the freedom to follow the ‘process trends’ of the design industry or go our own way.
Who’s the ideal candidate?
We’re looking for someone with a passion for all things visual, from colour palettes to page layouts.
It’s essential you have experience of design within a software setting, and you may be currently working as a UI/UX, product or graphic designer within this environment. You’ll have a high level of experience and knowledge of Figma especially, along with a proven portfolio of software UI, website or data visualisation designs to show and impress the team.
Being one of a few designers in the company, you’re looked to and treated as an expert in your field. You’re at the forefront of suggesting the user flow for our features, many opportunities for you to use your full design skillset, from UI principles to UX recommendations
You may also have experience of data visualisation, front-end development (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript), or UX design (including usability testing) - but the most important thing is an eye for creating compelling, usable and beautiful designs.
